Bad service
Rented a vehicle for urgent errands. Arrived and the vehicle would not start because of some maintenance issue. Called their customer support and waited on the phone over 30 minutes. Eventually hung up because nobody answered.
App stuck on a loop
App keeps asking to log in then download the app when you log in, despite already being in the app. Then having to log in again and being welcomed with the invite to download the app, which you’re already in. Horrendous. Please fix asap.
