Rubbish can’t turn on & off
The on & off button has disappeared. I have tried to contact them but get nowhere 🤷♀️
Terrible app & support
This app doesn’t work at all on IOS platform, cannot turn on or off and the support is non existent.
App doesn’t work
I have installed the app in new and old apple products and it does not show the controls in the bottom of the app to turn my unit on or off. It is just a blank bottom. It defeats the purpose of the app when you can’t use it.
App not working
Since the latest iOS update on my iPhone I am unable to switch the stove on and off using the app. Is there a fix coming to solve this problem? If us very inconvenient and one of the reasons I purchased this stove was for the app function. Not at all happy
Great heather, terrible App
I use a MCZ Halo heater and it's a wonderful product. The App to manager the heater though is a real disaster. You can't even see when you hit the save button or any other button for that matter that your input has been made. And that's just the tip of the iceberg. Terrible !
