So far I am loving this game, and will review when I finish it
Note to Denaliblue: I am just reaching out to you to see if I could help. You put the ingredients in the decanter and nothing happened? It worked perfectly. However, I am wondering if you thought that the dragon on the decanter would breathe fire? You also need to use your heavy glove to get the real dragon out of its cage, and put it next to the decanter. Then the real dragon breathes fire and the potion is created. Did you do that? If not that’s the problem, and you skipped a step. If you did, contact the developer (Domini) or BigFish to report the glitch. I hope this helps! Please update your review and let me know. Happy gaming!
Note to Mag688: did you read my advice in regards to the dragon potion? I can’t think of anything else unless there truly was a glitch, and I thought the quality assurance in the game was really quite good.
Although Domini has gotten somewhat formulaic, it is refreshing to play as a healer rather than a detective, and use your magic lens and healer’s kit to concoct potions and cure the infected characters. The storyline kept me interested. There was no cohesive journal but objectives were regularly updated. You can fully customize your game, from the map to the difficulty level of the puzzles. Although the graphics lacked some clarity they were nevertheless breathtaking and vibrant. The collectibles included crystals to decorate a medical dispensary, statuettes and flowers, and when they were available, we were given an on-screen indicator. The teleport map provided nearly instantaneous loading between locations. At each location there was a plethora of enjoyable tasks. When you applied certain inventory items, it was entertaining to watch the magic occur! The HO scenes had the usual variety and there was a match-3 game as an alternative puzzle. The mini-games and puzzles were mostly rotational in nature, but I still completed most of them to prolong my gameplay. I felt that the game was on the short side, including the bonus adventure. However when you are enjoying an experience, it seems ephemeral.
My true rating will be 4.5 stars. I only deducted a half star for length and for all the boring rotational puzzles, but truthfully I really enjoyed this magical and gorgeous adventure. This game appealed to me much more than last week’s offering from Domini.
UPDATE: You can still play older games on an older tablet. One thing I noticed was how much better the older EIPIX games were developed. However not all games work properly.
Happy gaming to everyone!
