broken and needs proper support
this app constantly breaks which is very frustrating for an app so vital to keeping track of my shifts and pay. breaks and tells me i don’t have permission or that there was an error with no description of what went wrong so support can’t even help me. i can’t check my shifts and i can’t check my pay checks. if i have to screenshot what my shifts are every week in case the app breaks, what’s even the point of having it. i’ve been trying to sort something out with the IRD but constantly have to tell them that i can’t see my pay checks so i don’t know what i’m getting paid because they aren’t even getting emailed out as a backup anymore! please add more comprehensive support and a more stable system that doesn’t crash every few minutes. and for the love of god please add the ability to choose the username and password we log in with!! managers and crew trainers have absurdly long usernames!! mine is THIRTY FOUR characters long and my name isn’t even that long! it feels as though this app has been abandoned to the wolves which is just not good for an app that employees of such a major company are basically required to get to be able to take sick leave, annual leave, request days off, take DOIL, change availability as well as being able to see their pay checks and pay history AND their shifts AND whether their time cards are entered properly. not ok for this to be such a mess!!!!!!!!

My finger print log in stopped working, it doesn’t let me log in with my MCD email and password either. 🤷🏽♀️
New change is annoying
Every time I click onto the app I either have to TYPE in my email and 14characters long password every time or else I get a screen saying ‘You don’t have permission...’ with a home screen tab or a log out tab, where the home screen tab does nothing but keeps it on the same screen and logging out doesn’t do anything because when I log out and then log in again it just ends up at the exact same place. It never used to do this, only now.

Does as the above states have to reinstall it make it work for a day or so before having to do it again.
