This app no longer lets you sign in, nor can you register. The smart plug is now useless
Unable to add new device or reset password
I’ve been trying to re-add my wifi plug because it’s been unplugged for so long that the app doesn’t recognize when it’s plugged in and on anymore. I hard reset the device and the app refuses to acknowledge that my phone is connected to wifi. It won’t let me change the wifi network, either. (I thought redoing it would help). So I logged out of the app and now it won’t accept my password and I’ve tried 4x to request a password reset, but it refuses to send the email. It just sits there with the loading logo until my phone screen times out and turns the screen off. I’m so frustrated!

No longer is working with Google home. :(. Hopefully is a temporary thing. When you click on it under works with Google it won’t open the link

This app hasn’t been updated in over 2 years. If yours is still enabled for use with Alexa, don’t disable it because it won’t reconnect again.
Trash app and plugs
Plugs rarely stay connected if by chance you get them paired. Currently can’t delete from app. I wish I could give ZERO stars.

My capstone outlets are working again. It took more than a few day, but they are up a running and following my echo command. Finally!

This is the worse app
This app is a joke, the devices worked great for about a week. Then suddenly like everyone else Alexa lost them tried to reconnect no such luck. I did a total reset took the skill off Alexa and deleted the app. Then went back to step 1. ALEXA WILL NOT FIND THEM, can not even get the skill to enable again on Alexa. So disappointed.

Stopped Working
I installed two Capstone Smart plugs and configured them with Config EZ and Capstone HA apps. Originally they worked OK for a few days with the Amazon Alexa device and app. Now they have stopped working and I can’t make the apps link to the Alexa app anymore. I uninstalled and reinstalled them but there is no link to the Alexa app or device anymore. Once again...”You get what you paid for.”
