Developers response is inadequate

Ok, im going to be frank here…The changes have made the users of this game are perfectly clear…no one likes this update at all! Not one single positive comment to the recent changes. Yet you keep responding the same thing to all of us over and over again, that you will be incorporating changes to correct this. I haven’t seen any at all! You’ve had plenty of time to fix this. I assume that you don’t want to please your users. Are you just hoping we will eventually accept this new version? I will not!
If there is a legitimate reason you can’t revert this game back to the original popular version…example legal reasons… just say so, so we can quit holding hope that you will do the honorable thing and keep your word as written.…which you haven’t. Just come clean as to why you won’t bring back the version we all loved.
Don’t bother replying with the prewritten response you’ve already posted dozens of times. Requesting a real answer, please. No answer will tell us all we need to know. That you simply don’t care about the feedback.

I loved the old game before the update, with the update you can’t do the same things that you could do without the update, do be honest I reallyy loved this game and I would play it all the time but now with the update… it kinda ruined it, I need my favorite game back. It didn’t need any update. I want my game back. Please 🙏 please bring back the original version of this game because the update ruined it… I want the original version back.

All of a sudden… and again😭😭

After an automatic update, my game, I love this silly game, constantly glitch’s and freezes. When I close it it will open with points of the previous game I was just playing but my board has been wiped. Close and open again will zero it out only to immediately freeze or glitch in a short time. Bring back the old! It worked fine!!

(Above was my original strife with an update a couple years ago… and again guys… BRING BACK THE OLD GAME)

I loved playing this game. Loved the varying choices in game play and looks.
Gone without notice…
Loved the fact as a mom with few spare moments, I could leave and come back to it 100 x’s and pick right back up.

I feel pretty confused bc this was a pretty popular game, thousands of users great rating. What’s with completely shedding the OG mode so many players obviously enjoyed? If it isn’t broke.. don’t fix it… bring back the old!

Simply Horrible

As many have said, after the update in June 2024, X Blocks will not open on my iPad. I was however able to play on my iPhone. Boy oh boy, it’s an entirely different game— hate the new version!!! I’ve been playing for years, and I’m currently at number 3 on the Global…. This new update is a horrible decision Inspired Square! I’d even paid to get rid of the ads. It was time to find a different game anyway apparently. And, if you look at the other games, X Blocks s EXACTLY like the game right next to it, Block Blast! This is a different company even! Huh. After another update, July 2, 2024, the game is still stuck and will not open…. Have you heard the term, when it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. XBlocks thought they were making it better. Super Fail.

New look

I don’t like the new look and the lighting bolts, I suffer with dizziness and this affects it a lot, I tried turning it off by the settings but still continues to be there

the newest update ruined the game.

This game was my go-to brain rot game for when i didn’t want to think and i just wanted to mindlessly place blocks. Then they updated it and completely changed everything. the graphics are terrible and the shapes changed. The old graphics were perfectly simple and muted, what the developers have now done with the game has completely ruined it for me and i have deleted it because it will simply never be the same. boooooooo!!👎🍅🍅

Was a great game! Im disappointed.

This game was so fun! It was a mindless game you could play in your free time, it saved your progress, even if you didnt pause your game. Me, being forgetful and often have something i need to, I would forget to save my game, exit the app, but whenever I went back to it, it would save! And you continue right from where you left off. Customization was on point, with whatever you wanted it to be. The grid was large, so it could be challenging but still fun. It also had two modes. Sudoku and regular. Best game.

With the update, I am really disappointed. It now is very simple, you cant customize anything to your liking, the grid is a fourth of the size it used to be. And if you were to accidentally exit the app, it would delete all your progress. I am really disappointed on the turn it took, and I don't know how much longer I will be playing it. It isn't as challenging anymore.

Please bring back the old game we all loved!

I love this game just as much as anyone else does, I play it in my free time or when I’m bored, but I no longer can play it, because I updated it but even with the update it still hasn’t open or worked, and I noticed they said they fixed some stuff but nothing is working still, can they please fix this?

I’ve had this game for many years. I’d built up a treasury of over 50K coins which I was holding in reserve to use to jump my all-time high score. One of the things I liked the best was how wide the board was — 10 x 10. Now without any notice whatsoever the game has suddenly changed. My first clue was it wouldn’t open. It played fine yesterday; today there’s a new home screen and the game wouldn’t start, after a dozen tries at a fresh relaunch. So I deleted and reloaded. I knew I was taking a risk but what choice did I have? And other games have updated while saving my scores and coins, so my fingers were crossed. That did not pay off. What did I find when the game finally opened? The board is smaller, it’s less vibrant, there’s nothing sharp looking about it, and my scores and coins are gone. With ZERO notice! Total fail. I’m gone. With great disappointment. Deleted.
