App (won’t load)
Most of the time you can’t get into do a etransfer or pay bills .
It takes up to a day sometimes to even be able to open the app and always having to delete it and readd the app which does not happen on any other app I have for bankingN Tourscher
Can’t select accounts
App works great till you try and select account you want to use for transfers or deposits. Please fixDoudc86
FIX IT
The damn app never lets you pick the account you wanna e-transfer from, fix this damn problem, work mobile banking app out of all of them, thinking about going to a different bank just because of how unbelievably badly and slowly the app performs, fix your crap and maybe people would use it.23kraz23
Horrrrible!!
This app is a nightmare. Some items don’t work when your phone is on wifi. The link to rate the app doesn’t even work. You can’t even call or email directly from the app. You have to do it manually. I feel like this could be way better and more user friendly.potentiallylostcustomer
