  • Fun but not

Cool for a bit but barley any clips are funny and it keeps re-using the clips so you know what’s coming. Good idea though and I think it will be a great app in the future. I wish the developer(s) luck in bringing this app to its full potential.
  • What the

You guys and gals swear wow
  • Not ready for prime-time...

I don’t understand how this won an award; it is FAR from being a finished product. I started seeing the same videos 2,3,4+ times in a 3 minute trial run. That doesn’t work at all as most of the videos were not smile-worthy to begin with, after the 3rd time, they’re just annoying. The app DOES NOT work for iPhone X. You have the angels all wrong for the camera/screen. To have my face visible, the phone had to be held at an awkward slant that makes seeing the video extremely difficult. It is like the app was written to work for a phone that has its front facing camera at the bottom of the screen....does anything like that even exist? Videos are too short and change too quickly, forget about trying to see where the original video is! There is no rewind button, so you either got it, or you didn’t. Again, an annoying setup! It crashes all the time! Starting it up again and I can still hear the videos playing from the previous “challenge”, while the new challenge shows its videos....leading to a crash! Even the watch others feature is not working (says coming soon). So WTH?? How did an UNFINISHED app win an award? Why is Apple showcasing it? It this is what Apple considers “award worthy”, then their standards have clearly been lowered!

Should be a NO STAR, but you HAVE TO give it a 1 to submit review! Bottom line.....DELETED!! And don’t waste your time installing it; it is NOT worth your effort, at all!

  • Doesn’t detect smiles correctly.

I didn’t smile, my kids didn’t smile...but the app kept saying we did. Dumb game.
  • Face feature is terrrrible

I was at about 20mins when I repositioned my camera and it immediately recognized it as a smile! How did this get an award?
  • Waste of time

I spent 5 minutes waiting for a funny video but nothing came close.
  • Finicky and not the best currently

It’s a great concept, but the recognition for smiles is way too sensitive. Even if you move your face it might count it as a smile. However, since this app is still being updated, this might be fixed soon. I hope so!
  • Slowww

It’s fun but I can’t enjoy it most of the time because the videos take forever to load. There isn’t a problem with my wifi, I have 5G. iPhone 6s
  • It’s not bad, but its basically unbeatable unless you are a statue

I barely move my mouth and it counts as a smile.

NEWSFLASH: SMILING IS NOT SLIGHT MOUTH MOVEMENTS
  • Doesn’t work very well

Super, super funny and a brilliant idea, but it just will not work. It registered my face as smiling every time I made a small movement (which was frequently considering I have Tourette’s) and it even registered me as smiling when I hadn’t moved my face at all, which took, like, a lot of effort. Also the scanning sucks. Truly disappointing, because it’s such a great concept.
