  • Potential but…no thanks

This has the potential to be an awesome game but it totally flops as a game to be played with another person on the net. I tried two different times to play a game. I played minutes went by and no response. More minutes went by and no response. Don’t waste my time. This game should be redone so you can play against the computer or another player in my house.
  • Steals your clipboard data, I uninstalled it

I like this app and even used it for a week. But I noticed twice that upon opening it it copied my clipboard contents - in both cases it was sensitive info. Why is this needed? Is this because of the ad library you use? I’ll reinstall after you fix this.
  • Ok but has issues

As a 2-person implementation of codenames, this is enjoyable and challenging. But it has issues. One is, I installed it on an iPad, then moved to iPhone, but it wouldn’t let me connect to my existing account. Another is that it generally doesn’t alert on new moves, even though that’s enabled and I get alerts simply urging me to play. Finally, the instructions were visible when I started but aren’t accessible in the app, that I can find.
  • Migrate phone

I love the game and have bought the no ad option. However, I now have a new phone and I see no option to restore purchase. App starts with pop up to make a new username. Would give it a five star otherwise.
  • Doesn’t work

Was sitting right next to the person I was playing and it just constantly said it was the other person’s turn. Ads worked though. Great.
  • Ridiculous amount of ads!

Which isn’t surprising for a blatant rip off of “codenames duet”. You see an ad every 1-3 turns you take. Which if that wasn’t bad enough you have to click the X twice to get rid of it.
  • User interface is horrible

    Refresh is slow.
  • Too much ad

    Too much ad
  • Not great

Not many words. Disgusting amount of ads.
  • Too many ads

It’s a fun game (Codenames) but a thirty second ad after every move is too much. I understand they need to generate revenue, but it’s quickly losing its appeal.
