Sham business. I flew from New Orleans to visit my friends in Chicago for the Fourth of July. We had all paid upfront for a boat charter on the lake from 2-6. We arrived at 1:45, provisions in hand, to board the boat with captain A. Henry. As we were arriving, the captain contacted the friend who booked the reservation, telling her that “the boat was not charged and would not be available until 5/5:30.” We had all planned around the boat time and that was obviously not going to work, since we were all already there. I personally spoke with the customer service person, who said it was “not her fault,” and I don’t like having to remind people that my contract is with them, not with their subcontractors. The lack of accountability was terrible, especially given that 12 separate people were affected. I can’t recommend this business.Cgray2014
