  • This app

I've only been out of rehab a week and two days and this was one of the first apps I downloaded. The Admins on here are great and wonderful and the people on here just great. I run to this app quite many times a day for support and to read the community postings. Thank goodness for this app because I think it is help with my sobriety a lot.

  • Still learning

I’m still learning how to use technology but I’m not afraid and I’m willing
  • Connections has been my lifesaver

I have only been on Connections for a few days. It’s been amazing to get help from people who understand. Thank you!
  • Great app some features are buggy

Love this app but the checkin feature has bugs.
I check in everyday and I was very intentional about it. Three times now the app has ended my check-in streak when I know I’ve checked in everyday. It’s a fun feature but I’m not going to use it anymore because it’s aggravating when you keep up and loose the streaks.

  • Refreshing

It’s very refreshing and nice to have a place to convene with others in recovery (free of charge) and the ability to learn so much from many other like-minded individuals on similar journeys. This app is a blessing in disguise.
  • Waste of time

Real connections are best this virtual app is worthless
  • Idea is good, but actions speak louder than words

The app and the peers on it support liars who created a scenario (2 women) that didn’t exist so that they could be the heroes in their own story. I owe NOBODY an explanation of what I’m doing or where I’m going. Yet these two women contacted people on my Facebook telling them lies that I was suicidal or I had offed myself, which were far from the truth. In reality, I unplugged and did something for myself for 3 days. When I turned my phone back on, I saw the chaos and drama these two women had created. The app supports these two women and their decisions and actions.
I have no use for liars or those who support them.

  • Used to be, but no longer is.

This app could be better if they actually listened to the participants issues. There’s very little communication when it comes to things that truly matter. There’s no consistency among the peers, just jealousy and trying to up somebody else. One peer can’t admit when he is wrong, and turns his “apology” around so that the person he actually wronged and hurt is, in his mind, in the wrong. And then rubs it in her face. It just proves he is a narcissist and this app ISN’T the safe place they claim, or that it once was….like 8 months ago.

  • I love it!...

I just wanted to write a quick review. This app is perfectly amazing! Every tool you need in your recovery is right at your fingertips! I love the people, and this app!! Good job to everyone that started this app!!!
  • An excellent daily support tool

This app has been engaging, encouraging, and an excellent outreach especially through the isolation/ quarantine days! What an asset to have guided peer support available 24/7 - sharing tips, thoughts, fears, in a safe environment that not only understands, but is also invested in the success of my sobriety.
