Deceiving tactics
The packaging on your Garager 2 clearly says “OPTIONAL” cloud services and the app provides an option for SD card. However, the camera doesn’t have a slot for an SD card or any place to connect an external drive. That leaves your pay-for cloud services as the only option to view, review or store any videos captured by the camera. Not Adding or recognising Garager 2 camera
At the beginning it was working as it should be. After latest update, it even don’t recognise or add Garager 2 camera . Not even detecting QR code at the device.Moh Deww
Super buggy integration
Doesn’t work with Alexa. Please fix ASAP
More funny with Google, it doesn’t allow calling the API due to certificate issues.

A lifesaver
I leave my dog at home and I use these to monitor her movements and help me open and close dog doors. They have been a lifesaver and saved me tons. A few times when I’ve had software issues mostly due to Apple their customer service has been aFast and effective.Oakconco

throwing away ur receipt bought it & can’t get it to connect honestly a completely waste of money take it back & bet ur money back not worth messing with thought it would be good but can’t even get it to connect nor alone get it to scan the barcodepottsvileee
Just ok.
The camera still picks up motion and alerts. That’s the good.
The bad is that I deleted the app (it would freeze on the login screen) and now the app will no longer open on my phone. I have to come to the App Store and open up Alcidae to get to my videos.

2nd hand impossible and 90% Chinese?
I got 1 camera second hand. Download the app and set up.
Apparently In the user agreement when it says basically you own and can never transfer ownership, they’re serious. So I bought a camera I can’t use.
Better yet, everything’s in Chinese (I’m not sure which Chinese so I apologize for that but I’m an English speaking American that has never studied Chinese. Spanish, Italian, French…. Maybe i could fumble myself in to understanding) so even trying to ask a question in the app correctly isn’t possible unless you know Chinese
If I could link it with my preexisting camera system or use it as simply as it looked and the one I got with a magnetic base and easy adjustments by hand, seemed solid.

Unreliable system
