  • Worked ok for a year then died

    Have not been able to connect this stupid camera for over a year. Help desk is not helpful.

  • Worse instead of better!

    Somewhere along the updates, the tilt/pan feature that controls the camera was dropped, making the description and the accompanying picture showing the tilt/pan control a lie. My Amcrest cameras can no longer be controlled like they once were.

    Well I can’t open the App I downloaded cant get passed my email registration either ! What the heck !! Pay for the camera and can’t used it !! You guys need to fix the download or give me back my money cause I don’t like being ripped off !!
