    It won’t let me enter my ID number and password
  • Avoid at all Costs! Please!

    The company is based and works around signing new secret shoppers with no experience. Exploiting them by signing up to poor payment terms of 8 weeks from completion of assignment. Bombarding them with calls and communicating false hope and then completely ignoring them when it comes to payment. I am due £100 and the assignments were completed in October 2019. No matter how many times I call I never get any response. The only way you can get paid is by using there desperate need to get assignments completed on-time and you can use this as leverage to be paid payments well over due. Their excuse “an error in the system”, and even then I was underpaid.

    The earn there money by signing new workers and not giving them any forms of contact to staff and other secret shopper, (all calls are from hidden number...super sketchy) and then enticing them to work for months thinking they are earning lots, spending all they money with the hope of getting a little extra back at the end. Then completely shutting them off with no way of contacting them. All calls and emails are ignored. I feel sorry for everyone who has gone through this and I know many have and just given up with a lost cause due to the embarrassment that you’ve wasted all you time and hard earned money for nothing.

    Save you self the time, effort and wasted expense. Boycott this all day long!

  • Can’t use it

    As soon as you load the app up it asks if you want to allow know your location once it does that the screen splits and you are no longer able to move forward.
