Updated review
The app generally works for me. I updated my review because they fixed the problem they were having for one day where the app and website were out of commission. Otherwise I haven’t had issues with it and it seems intuitive.
Latest update rends app unusable
Hopefully this is corrected soon. But currently, the app is unusable. Every time you try to select, well, ANYTHING, it kicks you out of the app completely. Disappointing.
Please roll back
The new update doesn’t work. Please roll back to the last one.
Crashing
App has been working fine until last week. Over the weekend I tried to reserve a desk and the app started crashing with “oops something went wrong” upon loading. Problem still happening this morning after I upgrade to the new black logo.
Lacking features
This app needs some serious design rethinking. There’s no easy way to check the map without having to chose a day to book. There’s no clear way of seeing when a desk is booked other than trying the dates one by one.
App faulty
I can barely get this app to function. It’s always crashing or randomly logs me out then says all my verification codes are invalid
Crashes constantly
The app crashes all the time. I also think the could do with reducing the number of screens you need to go through to book a desk. How about offering users the chance to go to a default page that lets you get straight to the desk selection for people who only use the app for this?
SSO 3rd party login broken in version 2.5
I'm completely unable to sign in as of version 2.5. The app prompts me for my email without offering SSO and claims to send a verification code which never arrives. The app is now unusable for me.
App keeps crashing

Crashes + bad UX
The UX is not great - very hard to create consistent / recurring bookings. And the ap performance is so inconsistent, even though I keep it updated to the latest version.
