I’v played this game for years however even asking for advise and sending a message to help support I’ve been hung up a few times. This last time I couldn’t get any letters to play the puzzle and it wouldn’t move to next puzzle. As a result I had to delete it and start all over again from the beginning. Very frustrated and didn’t get a response from your support group.Show lessCherj2

I like Hi Crossword because it strengthens my mind. It uses words that make you have to think. It did lock up on me once when it asked if I wanted triple rewards, it would not take my answer. The more I play, the more it freezes up. You can’t finish a game because it. Won’t let you. Queen BettyQueen Betty 03
Love this game
I play everyday. I finished all 2000 levels once already & I’m on 1070 now. My only complaint is that my coins did not transfer when I got a new phone, even though my progress did. I had worked to build up coins for the harder levels and now I have none 😬BiBi - dedicated player
