Game reset
Loved the game and have played it daily for months, come on today to find game reset itself. No warning and straight back to level 1. Not impressed and definitely not working back up to high level just to worry it happens again.Ch4zzt3r

I’ve had this games for years and have had no problems, tasks are easy to do but after this latest update the game seems to freeze when loading, it’ll load up to 100% but then just keeps buffering. Since I had binded the game to my Apple ID I thought maybe if I delete the app and re upload it would refresh and sort itself out like I have in the past but after re uploading all progress I had made is now gone and the game is still not loading completely. I have contacted customer support but have yet to receive any response, so for the foreseeable future I will be deleting this game and hopefully next time I download it everything will have sorted itself 🤞🏼Show lessmel5794

I’m up to level 80 and I’ve known for awhile someone has hacked my account because my numbers kept going up even when I’ve missed a week or so. Now when I try to load the game it won’t. Can you look in to it please. I’ll quit playing before I start over. Thanks!Smokinokie82
What’s Next?
Like most game apps these days, after about a month or two of playing and climbing levels, the levels become fewer and farther between, the prizes for achieving a new level — despite achieving it now 100x harder than earlier levels—are disappointing, and game play becomes routine and repetitive. It’s not just this game but most games of this genre.
So, I have some suggestions for anyone who cares to listen:
1) after level 40 how about you unlock some train routes where by you could fully automate delivery of the lowest level ingredients — higher level ones still only by truck. The trains could be expandable by number of transport cars and they could be routed above ground — elevated trains to carry thinks like oil to the paint factory and various ores to the various factories as rates of 100s per car. This would really take the monotony out of something which used to be fun but now is just annoying.
2) How about busing people to other places such as the diner? City to city instead of just stops to city?
3) New places to sell could be built in cities such as shopping mall: which could hold a big standard orders (like 50) of 10 different things and when the city needs those things they could be taken from the mall first.

Fun game but too stingy with vehicles
The game is pretty addicting and similar to other transport games where you collect vehicles, move cargo, and earn parts to upgrade the vehicles to load more cargo. The problem is that the game is very stingy with the upgrade parts, especially since the vehicles break down and eventually need parts just to get them moving again. By the second stage of the game, my vehicles aren’t really moving more than 10 items at a time, if that, making for very slow progress. Eventually I just got frustrated and deleted the game.Show lessShoGun1982
Wishing Apple and game would…
Get there act together tired of paying for monthly subscription and can’t use it .Game support keeps this quiet by giving you a few notes but it is not really worth the aggravation of contacting support every week. Hope this gets resolved and they let us know it is working againHammer68abc

Not digging the latest update when swiping a truck to do the work, it zooms in and out. It’s hard on the eyes when it auto zooms. Please revert back to how it was please.csimgo
Is a great game but bring the old map back
I played this a lot when I was younger and loved it but two years later the game has completely changed and my old save gone I was level 46B-17/A

2nd time downloading 2nd time it’s failed
Made significant progress first time round. They updated app I lost everything. Created another account as they couldn’t find mine, just updated today and can’t access game again. Very poor game. Great concept decent amount of fun but glitchy as a glitchy thing on a glitchy day. If you want to invest time in a game to lose all progress and be frustrated this is the game for you. Otherwise I’d stay clear. What a waste of time this was!Show lessSparkilyone

Hello. Players have reported that if you are getting this grey screen issue, you can fix it by reinstalling the game and it should start up normally. You will have to sync your progress back on iOS when you reinstall and I can help you with it if you have not bound your progress to either Facebook or Apple Sign-in.
