As previous SMS to verify account doesn’t come through despite several attempts
This app is broken
I tried multiple methods of verifying my number so I could use this app. I was unable to register and from what I can tell the app is unusable.
The “mycicero” update made it worthless
The latest update made this app unusable.
It’s impossible to access quickly my favourite bus stops schedules, forcing me to type my destination and get directions (from my current location, which could not be the actual starting point).
I know how to get there, I don’t need any directions, sometimes I just want to check the timetable.
The “consult schedules” function is map-based. No quick access to favourites, and the default starting location is not even the current one, but Treviso city centre. This requires to move the map on your location and tap on “search area” (the button is not triggered by address search, so you have also to swipe on the map to make it appear).
What used to take a couple of taps, now takes three times more.

Cannot buy ticket
No SMS code is sent to register and you need it to buy tickets…
Paid for a ticket and received nothing
These scammers will steal your money. The customer service doesn’t pick up the phone.
not texting me confirmation code
you’re required to have a working sms for this, but EVEN WHEN I have a working phone number, it doesn’t text me the verification code (that I NEED TO BUY MY BUS TICKET!) I’m sweating and panicking and if you’d just made a functioning app, this wouldn’t be happening

No SMS code sent, there is an option to continue without registration but it’s not working
Failed! App did not send verification code SMS
Tried several times to verify using +44 mobile phone number and no verification code arrived. Pity.
