  • What’s gone wrong

    Something changed in this app about a couple of months ago. From being a brilliant and useful app for shopping has become almost unusable. Too frequently I can’t open my list. This seems to be because the app wants to use the internet before showing me my list. The internet often is not available in a store. I am so fed up with it I am deleting it and will use another app that so far works well.

  • Updates actually make the user interface worse

    I downloaded this app a few years ago to do my groceries. One of the updates made it so that when an item from the list was crossed off as completed it would automatically move it to the bottom of the list. I found that super frustrating because I wanted to maintain my list week to week in that specific order for my usual items regardless of whether they were checked off or not. They finally changed it back but now in the most recent update they also made another unnecessary change. Instead of crossing out the items now you have these teeny tiny boxes on the side that are really hard to select unless you have the font size way up. I’m going delete this app because clearly the developer has no awareness in what they are doing when trying to make these “improvements”. As the old saying goes, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it!!

  • Randomised lists

    Used to be a great, simple list maker but after the last update it’s started randomising my lists.

    You spend time arranging the items in a logical order, only for the next time you open the list it’s all been put in a random order.

    It wasn’t broken, why did you fix it?

Please double-check that you're using the latest version, 2.9.0, to enjoy the smoothest experience. To keep up with technology, we took a leap by introducing cloud syncing and collaboration editing but also remaining flexible for our long-time users who love the simplicity of the one-page list format.     I have been using this app for a number of years and now all of a sudden without warning I do an upgrade in apps and it now charges me to use the app!! Not happy! That was sneaky and underhanded and definitely not transparent dealings with me the customer!!😡

We want to clarify that our app remains free to use, and you can access most features without any cost, although there is a small banner for the ads for obvious reasons. While we do offer a subscription for those who want to support the development team, it's totally okay if you prefer sticking to the free version. Subscribing is optional. If you accidentally subscribed or aren't happy with the recent updates, no worries. Just go to the Settings/FAQs in the app. The last two questions there will guide you on how to unsubscribe or get a refund through the App Store, whichever is applicable in your case.   • Sudden subscription required

    I’ve used this app for a few years for my weekly shopping. It’s always been free but when I opened it this morning to start my list, it’s requiring a subscription all of a sudden. I’ll source a free one thanks
