  • Should use Apple Wallet Car keys integration

    We have to carry a card with us to open the BlueSG cars, you should integrate with Apple Wallet for the car keys
  • Unreliable

    We’ve found the entire Blue SG service unreliable. We had three rentals on three separate occasions and had to call customer service every time (and in only one case did they actually pick up/fix the issue). Cancelled before our first month was even up. We were hoping this would be part of the solution to our transportation needs but when you factor in the the time and trouble it takes the same amount of time as MRT and is more expensive than just taking a Gojek/Grab.

    Oh also the customer service is very poor. We complained twice and were not offered refunds for errant charges — just sent some standard template reply that clearly showed they didn’t even read our message. And there’s no way to dispute these within the app itself. Must call and sit on hold for long time.
