Used to be great before this update??
I have been using your Camera+ Pro Camera and Editor for several years now and it is only one of very few apps that I have paid for because I have liked it so much UP UNTIL RECENTLYโ I have not been able to get this app to open over the past week (and over the past couple of months there have been times when it would also occasionally not open either). When I went to the Apple App Store (I have an iPhone 12 Pro) to see if I needed to update the app I see that an update was added a week agoโฆ.! I think your update has caused it to NOT WORK for me anymore! Please help! Can I go back to a previous version that did work!!?? Because it used to be an awesome camera app.Show lesscolleencc
Great when it works.
I take pictures out in the mountains where the mobile signal is sometimes non existent for days.
If the app has no internet then it just sits on the black screen and I end up using the built in camera app instead.
Now obviously this is license driven which I understand but surely there could be a fall back??
I thought never mind - Iโll contact the support when I get back in the world, the app support is non existent, the link just takes you a $10 website with a contact me link which doesnโt work.
In summary, the app is great other stuff is awful.Show lessLex_Lurthor
Offline Functionality Dealbreaker
This app has great functionality, when it works. Unfortunately, the app does not work without wifi so when Iโm in a remote place looking to take pictures of the beautiful scenery/landscape with zero access to cell service and/or wifi, the app becomes suddenly useless. I paid for this app! Why canโt I use it when I donโt have internet?! I get it, some of the features maybe REQUIRE a connection to function properly, but MAYBE give your users the option to opt out of those features whenever they want??? I mean itโs absolutely ridiculous that I canโt even access the gallery unless I have internet, come on guys step up your game!!! Iโm going to check out the Photon app; if it works without a connection then Iโm probably switching over to it permanently. Hereโs to hoping you guys maybe decide to actually make your app worth using again! Until then, Iโll just feel the unfortunate pain of having wasted money on an app that I can no longer get behind using.Show lessMadsmartapple
