Won’t connect
I followed the instructions on my camera’s user mannual but it won’t connect to my wifi. Poor quality. This needs improvement. Please figure this out because I’m a vlogger and my vlogging is on hold at the moment because I can’t figure out what the problem with this camera is. My previous camera never did this, but now it’s broken. PLEASE fix the app.Show lessi.zxfxr2109
Poor App
The camera is great. Picture quality in 4K cannot be faulted. However, as mentioned by others the App is terrible. Rarely connects, if it does drops out and struggles to reconnect. If you want to view videos then you’ll need a laptop or similar and use the camera as a usb storage device. Definitely needs work and fixing!Show lessMG7817
Use it correctly and it’s fine
1 -Turn on you phones WiFi and search for camera.
2 - enter the password on your phone ( it is shown on the WiFi screen on the camera)
3 - connect to the camera WiFi
4 - open this app and hey presto- you’re in.

Works but Photos must be transferred to photos 1 at a time
It works if you fiddle with it. After downloading all photos in one step from my X25 camera, it saves them to the app, not to the photos folder, as it should. Instead there’s an additional step to transfer the photos one at a time from the app to the photos folder. And even that is not intuitive, since it does not work when the photos are in thumbnail view. You have to click into the photos and swipe between them, and for each one press the share button. Then a photo or video will appear in the photos folder.
When you try to share all from the thumbnail view, it comes up with a different set of options, the normal set of sharing options, and even if you select share all (which is an option) it only selects one, because you can only share one thing at a time. All of that is unnecessary. All we really need is all the photos to be sent from the device to the photos folder with one click. I will update my review when everything can be easily downloaded with one click from the camera to the photos folder.Show lessD Kerr
App auto closes

Great App
I use my camera to film my ski trips along with my drone and they work together perfectly. The app is easy to use and navigate and I have had no problems with any of it.
Recommend getting the camera so you can use this awesome app!hazzamp
Useless
Too many pieces and the instructions weren’t clear. We couldn’t connect to the app and the camera wasn’t doing its job. I don’t recommend this product.cookie_1_2_3_
Terrible
The camera is amazing I’m a diver so it’s works for me under water really well but the app is crap I don’t have time to plug the wire to my laptop I need to just whip the videos up out of my phone but it won’t connect it says ‘connect over time ‘dopy dil
Will not connect
The camera seems ok but the App will not connect to it. My phone had trouble finding the camera so maybe it’s a problem with the camera.Craig630
Doesn’t work
App doesn’t connect at all.
Not sure I’d trust this thing on my network even if it did. No documentation at all, it’s crap.
Camera itself works so far so I just have to download content, but can’t change any settings at all.LessonInFrustration
