Why is this a problem
There is should be no reason why the Bluetooth shouldn’t connect automatically
I leave the app open when I’m in the car even in the day time and yet it’ll never connect . The Key fob won’t even connect properly let alone turn on the lights.. I might need my money back to be honest.Miguel White
It works but stops connecting.
When i disconnect the bluetooth controller and connect it again it works, but after a while it doesn’t connect anymore and have to do the same thing again disconnect it and connect it again. Please fix this. Update 1/20/2020 this this a wack app now. Nothing works.Mustang00367

Most colors are back
So, I’m not sure if this is a problem with my individual kit or not, so I’m posting this review in case I’m not the only one. But after the update where we all lost colors, then regained the color functionality, my interior lights still won’t display red. Or any color that needs red, such as green and red mixing to make yellow, blue and red mixing to make pink, etc. etc. is this a local issue? Or is this still a bug in the app?? Note that this is only happening with my interior kit. The exterior kit is working fine.Show lessItsmechristianw1999

I don’t know what you all did but the new update is trash! All my lights stay on a solid white. Did you guys test this update before releasing it? For the amount of money I spent on these, I’d expect them to work as advertised! I’d give a negative star rating if I could.truckerload

Above review covered everything. Itsmechristian1999 nailed every exact problem I’m having as well. It was working perfect now the whole truck kit interior lights, underbody lights, grill lights, wheel ring lights have a mind of there own. $100’s of dollars in equipment and it doesn’t work right. Plus I want to add that after this problem one side of my 60” Tailgate double row LED Light Bar also purchased here stopped working and I was told I needed to send it in for investigation and then if it a problem with the equipment they will send a new one. Everything on the truck was working absolutely perfect and now none of it works. The great Christmas update was obviously not ready.Show lessCartbuilder13
Not working...
I am having the same issues as itsmechristian when it works at all. Most of the time, the new app says I am not authorized... I have tried reinstalling the app, resetting power to the controller and even tried with another Iphone. I was going to try working with the controller, but I have to rip my dash apart to get to it. The app worked great the night prior to this patch release and just like microsoft, you managed to break something that was working great! I bought the exact same million color kit (wheel rings, interior and under-glow) for my son for christmas. Do I need to return that setup.....? Just like itsmechristian suggested, put the old app back online until you can fix the issue (include testing it this time).Show lessMaxwellpj
