I bought the product by relying on that Turkish language is one of language covered but it is huge disappointment I’m totally dissatisfied with this product 😁👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Does not work on iPhone 6s
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT- it does not work and the app does not work. Hardware does not charge and will not pair with iPhone. App does not proceed beyond pairing failure
App doesn’t work on iPhoneX
Downloaded App - OK.
Translator device connected by Bluetooth- OK
Registered - OK.
The prompts on set up don’t appear on iPhoneX.
Device Management and Shenzhen Avatar do not appear under General in Settings.
The words ‘click to find more content’ that are shown in User Manual do not appear on the app.
Therefore you can’t access the language settings and further set up.
This means it can’t be used on iPhoneX until the bugs are fixed!
