I have a Tmezon video door .
I have iPhone X and the app doesnt work well.
I can see and hear the noise outside but I can NOT talk to the person outside. The TALK BUTTON DOESNT WORK. I have emailed the support@timezon with no success.Bostaqfede1

The new version 4.7 no longer will connect to the video doorbell device it simply says “user name or pwd err”. After contact with support I simply had to delete and re-add the device and all is working perfectly again. This product works great.Hez53
