I have a Tmezon video door .
I have iPhone X and the app doesnt work well.
I can see and hear the noise outside but I can NOT talk to the person outside. The TALK BUTTON DOESNT WORK. I have emailed the support@timezon with no success.

Version 4.7
The new version 4.7 no longer will connect to the video doorbell device it simply says “user name or pwd err”. After contact with support I simply had to delete and re-add the device and all is working perfectly again. This product works great.
