* Confirm Transfer button fix
If a user has not configured the preferred call transfer method (direct/attended), there will be two dialogs
appearing before the transfer takes place.
The implementation is changed by the way that the user never should have to confirm the transfer more
than once. If no preferred method is configured, the user only needs to decide which method whereafter
the transfer starts (without any further confirmation). If a preferred method is configured, there will be one
confirm transfer dialog.
