  • Did what I needed

This app is pretty great and was quick and easy to use. Only suggestions are to allow decimals in the percentages (like interest and down payment) and to add a section asking if you rent would you invest the money you otherwise would have used for a down payment and what interest rate you would expect it to earn while renting. For example, if you were going to invest the down payment at 8% while you rent, that could be fairly significant depending on how much rent will be. I just did this calculation on the side, no big deal. Be sure to add HOA fees, rental pet fees, rental insurance vs. home owners insurance, landscape fees if landlord requires you to manage the lawn, etc. into the rent/annual expenses area as appropriate. The final calculations in the app are easy to read and use. All in all this is a great app and told me what I needed to know! Thanks so much!
