They charge me $32 cancellations fees and move invoice to collections agency
Donโt ever use them again they have bad devices and disconnect all time and after suffering 2 years with them I decided to cancel and they charge me cancel fee and I gave them notice.I refused to pay and they transfer my invoice to collections agency
Not worth it your time and money
I was a customer for long time this company. They were nice the first two years. The last year theyre become bad at customer service bad eld service and worst for database collection. I was like every company is struggling give them one more year. To be honest they were $20 a month. No body can beat that. This year they become the worst Eld company out there. Their New update is trash. No customer service what soo ever. After calling two weeks I finally get someone on The phone Who insults me and hung up phone. Then I got an email saying that my service is disconnected and I have to pay a fee for that or they will send me a collection. Afte all three and half years end at disappointed. I will not recommend for any body.

It works
It works pretty simple to use been using it for 9 months now.
It loses connection a couple times a day which is annoying as it flashโs between two screen even more so at night as there is no Dark mode available for Apple products spoke to customer service about this 4-5 months ago they verified there was no dark mode for IPad and said they would put in a ticket to techs/developers but here we are 4-5 months later and still no dark mode and not a single update in 3 months

No night mode
I donโt understand why there is no night mode for iOS but there is on android

Just updated this app and itโs worst now keeps crashing and not syncing at all
No support
Keep trucking is the way to go. Unless you like no support an put out of service for not having valid ELD plus the ticket. 1.5 point straight to your license
Wonโt sign in
App shuts down before it finishes login. It gets to 10/12 and close out every time
Junk stay away
Like the title says complete junk.None of the new HOS regulations are working correctly. The idiots at their technical service desk know how the new regulations work. The FMCSA needs to remove their self certification.
Not syncing
Go to log in and it start to sync and stops at 10/13.

Worst ELDS
Keeps loosing connection. From last year I sold my 2nd truck and I m not using that ELDS and they r still charging me for that. When I asked them y they r charging me for that they said ur contract just got renewed automatically so u have to pay for whole year.
