bad new update
the new update is pretty bad and pretty messy the agenda calender was fine just before now i can’t see the time of my lectures nor the location also many missing things i wish we can stay on the older update and not change that please? so i can give it 5 stars.
Broken
This app used to be great but now is completely useless. You can’t log in at all, just says unable to retrieve user data, so viewing your timetable has to be done on the janky website which is obviously inconvenient. Hopefully this is fixed before the semester starts.
It doesn’t work.
Put simply, it doesn’t work. The I.T. dept, says wait for the upgrade, that was 3 weeks ago, still waiting.
Useless
One of the worst school based apps I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. On the off chance it works as intended (1 in 100) it’s slower than a delayed school bus through roadworks
Too many bugs
App is well designed and easy to use but doesn’t work half the time
Problems with Mobile
The NU app overall is very handy as I can find resources that I need for my lectures and seminars relatively easily. However, on mobile (both my phone and iPad have had this problem) when I am on blackboard within the Nu app, if I go off it to, for example, research something, when I go back on the app, it forces me to restart it, which is very annoying and takes time to get back on.

Stopped working
Crashes immediately on opening since last update.
Doesn’t even open
The app isn’t even booting up. I’ve tried deleting it and re-downloading it. It just flashes up and then takes me back to home screen.
Crashing
Constantly crashing on both IPad and IPhone that are both up to date. Have never used it before, but it continues to crash with no warning.
This App is NOT User Friendly At All
This app is so backwards, you have to go all the way back to home page after checking lecture time for first one. Like just add a back button for time table so you ain’t going in circles for 10 mins. They don’t make it easy at all!
