Crappy app eith poor security
I made a single payment/transfer. I got a verification through “rafræn skilríki” and typed in the password, it then popped up again right away so I entered it again. I was then doubled charged, even though I had only made the transfer once in the app. I complained to the bank about this but they said as “13 seconds had passed between the two event” they did not take responsibility of this bug in their app. Unfortunately not the first technical issue that has cost me money and time with Islandsbanki. If possible then try avoid using this app.

Currently unable to do any transfers due to iPad bug.

Everywhere I can find English version bank app. Just not Islandsbanki. You are simply don't care about customers!

Buinn að reyna all þá meina ég allt og íslandsbanka appið segir alltaf augnablik og uppí horni útskrá samt er ég buinn að eyða því marg oft og er ekki skráður inn þarf alltaf að nota síðuna er buinn að upfæra simann og allt
