Crappy app eith poor security
I made a single payment/transfer. I got a verification through “rafræn skilríki” and typed in the password, it then popped up again right away so I entered it again. I was then doubled charged, even though I had only made the transfer once in the app. I complained to the bank about this but they said as “13 seconds had passed between the two event” they did not take responsibility of this bug in their app. Unfortunately not the first technical issue that has cost me money and time with Islandsbanki. If possible then try avoid using this app.Show lessIsl42
