App no longer works nor website
Been using this for several years but the App no longer works it just comes up with an error. I have tried using the website but it says I have complete both surveys & i have not done one.
Waste of time
First issue - you have to go to the website to get a PIN to be allowed to log into the app. WHY? The website is happy enough with username and password!

You can’t change any details on the app - you have to go to the website
You can’t request payment on the app - you have to go to the website
Essentially it’s pointless and I’ve already deleted it!

Got a pin in email but doesn’t work when I open app

To anyone who gave bad reviews it’s not that bad… you get paid for taking surveys what more do you want? The app isn’t the best but it’s quicker than logging in to the website. Like I said .. to anyone poo poo ing this then lthey haven’t got the patience quite frankly
Don’t bother
It took me 8 attempts to get into my account, wrong password/Email account, it’s SAVED on my phone and it’s CORRECT, the verification process is beyond to prove I’m human.

No surveys?
Logged in fine after finding the “pin”!!! But no surveys are there to complete in the App nor on the website? Complete waste of time!!! Also no information given about if you can complete PayPal cash outs!?! Very poor indeed!!! 🤦♀️😫🥺😭🤬☹️
Rubbish - just use the browser link
Nothing fits on the screen properly! This is really a very very poor app. Just use the browser link, it’s a much much better layout.

Tried to use this app. Once I put the pin in, just received and error screen, which won’t go away. Tried clearing the app, but once tried to open it again it opens at this error screen. Tried to select “contact” to resolve but just closes the app. It’s bad enough that the rewards have been downgraded but this is the final straw after 20 odd years of filling in the surveys.
