Can’t even progress through pvp because i keep getting one tapped like. This game has no balancing or skill based matchmaking

I am stuck on the part where it tells you that you unlocked the hero valley I click on it the game just crashes

It’s fun a good game and all but 1 problem I’ve created a second account and I’ve just unlocked hero valley but when I press on the building I kicks me off the game and I have to go on hero valley because it forces me to reply plz its very frustrating. If u can fix this I give 5 stars

Good game but THE WHEEL OF FORTUNE BASICALLY GIVES YOU COINS ONLY. It can make you form a gambling addiction and get you mad because it’s not a wheel of fortune but a wheel of coins. Please make the odds for things OTHER THAN COINS higher.
Good game but bad customer service
I loved tiny gladiators 1 and when i found out there was second one i did not hesitate to check it out. Once i got it i spent hours and hours and i only had this game for around a week. Anyways one day i went to shop and it said three items cost 0 and i thought this was some one time offer or event so i proceeded to click on and immediately after this happened i had my in game privileges taken away because they “detected in game hacking” and all i could do is stare at my character and their items. So after this i contacted them saying i was wrongfully accused and they responded with something like they will get back to me tomorrow. So i waited days until a week came but then i gave up since they haven’t responded or anything and deleted the game, still no response to this day and its been a month and more.

Please help me developers
I’ve played the game for a day or two but for some reason a cutscene trying to teach me a certain game mode crashes my game and no matter what I do I can’t bypass it. Can you please give me a way to not crash the game for ever. I swear I’ve made the game crash over 30 times in a row now.
Improved from when originally played
When I first played this on another phone and it had first been in early release it was fun but hit a huge pay wall. The game still is kind of a cash grab but events and certain tweaks have made it more f2p friendly and the paywall I hit before doesn’t exist. At least not as early as it did then. Still kind of grindy but I like that aspect and I find it’s a very fun game try it out
