Don’t waste your money
It connected once & now it’s not trying to connect at all keeps saying invalid Id even tho I put it in the right code. & then wen I scanned it it would say wrong code

It was working before, but after updating this app, it is not able to connect now, said invalid ID! What’s is that?! Please fix it

Absolutely dreadful app
This is the worst app I’ve used. It keeps crashing and I’m having to delete and download again. Now I can’t log in at all. It’s terrible.

Poor Product
We changed WiFi service and camera won’t connect. We’ve had issues before with the app and camera, but now it’s even worse. Not a user friendly product.
Easily the worst app I’ve ever used
This app is worthless. I was gifted this baby monitor when my daughter was born and i wish we never received it. We were forced to use the app when the monitor completely died after about 3 months of use. We’ve been using the camera on the app for less than a year and now it won’t connect. Fortunately we didn’t spend any money on this product or I’d be much angrier! Don’t waste your time with this app.
