Can’t login
I legitimately can’t login, circle just keeps on spinning. It’s been two months now. I think I’ll just be pulling my investments and moving elsewhere!
Unable to login.
New upgrade, forced us using icloud keychain, no more facial ID login. It is ok if the new upgrade working. After new upgrade, I wasn’t able to login even once. Please fix it.

Can’t login to my account on the app still, been about a month or more that it’s been like this.

Recent update for biometrics does not allow login - nor with the normal login either. Please fix.

There is no option showing for keyboard so I can type my credentials.
They locked down customer service
Now, investments are out of my control and they don’t do a good job in managing them.

Great app!
Easy to manage several different accounts (TFSA, RRSP, RESP) all in one place. Can quickly transfer funds to accounts, set up recurring payments, etc. A very well designed, functional app.

Well...
I sure would love to use the app... as glitchy as the ATB Mobile app was, it did the job. Unfortunately, ATB Prosper seems insistent on telling me that there's a missing translation key.
Thanks, but I'd rather read it in English than be bombarded with an error message taking the place of literally every textbox in the app.

Can’t login to the app!
When I try to login via the app it says “Please enter a valid password”. Same password works fine on the website. Doh!
