Worst platform I’ve ever seen

To be clear, I have a 20 day free preview of Link TV, I still feel like I am paying too much.

The interface is clunky on Apple TV and iPad. If you’re watching ON Demand and you go out of the episode it’s difficult to get back in, it keeps playing in the background.

On Demand features older seasons of shows, as expected, but doesn’t have full seasons of shows and some of the shows don’t even have episodes in chronological order. Ex I can watch season 2 of a Nat Geo show, but not all the episodes of that season, and if I haven’t seen season 1, well, too bad, it’s not offered.

I will not be keeping after my free trial.

Needs some work

There are just some things that are quite broken though.
The pause button sometimes mutes instead of pausing and it won’t unmute or rewind after that without restarting the app.
The buttons don’t align with other AppleTV apps, when I expect you’d jump backwards, it changes channels.
I hope this gets some attention from the developers because it is getting increasingly frustrating

It no longer useful

It was working fine, but now when I click on a program I get a message saying that I need to be on the Execulink network to watch, well I never left the Execulink network so why doesn’t it work.

Today works

I was trying for a year to watch y via iPhone or to my fire stick and I don’t know that my Usercode that I have on my notes was wrong. But I contact support and they help me to find my user-code number. Thanks !

So Far It’s Good, Room for Improvement

I just got the Link TV app for my fire stick. I came from subscribing to Shaw and wanted to get rid of it. I’ve been playing around with the app learning how to use and there are a couple of things I hope will changed in the near future. 1. Settings so that I can block out the channels I don’t want to see and never will watch. Also setting to make the guide bigger font or different colour backgrounds for different types of shows. That way I can see the sports shows, or movies, or whatever categories there is, at first glance. 2. In the information of the episode make it obvious if it is a “New” episode. Is that what the blue triangle in the corner is? Also would be helpful to see, if not new, what was the date it originally showed on tv. 3. The app on my iPad allows to click on “Tomorrow”, “Monday”, “Tuesday”, etc. That’s not an option on the fire stick app. 4. Give a better “help” guide on your website somewhere. All the “help” topics are referring to the set box. Thanks!

Doesn’t work

A new Execulink customer. Execulink for iPad doesn’t work. After you sign in it just gives message that due to technical issues content cannot be loaded. I downloaded straight Execulink tv and that works. So deleted execulink for iPad.

Response from developer

The "Execulink TV for iPad" app is for older generations of iPads only. We're glad to heard that you downloaded the "Execulink TV" app to work with the type of device you have.

Works

It works well on my phone but the ability to cast to my chromecast would be great! The Rogers app lets you…

Does not work with Chromecast

I would like to stream shows from my phone to the TV using this app, but there doesn’t appear to be an option to do so. Please add this functionality.

Doesn’t work

If I’m not at home I can’t seem to use the app. My recordings just keep loading. If I’m home using my internet it works fine, but I don’t need it to work at home! I need it to work when I’m out.

IOS14 failed

All I get now on the app is “content not available”. Both IPad and IPhone, have deleted and reloaded but no change.

Update for IOS14 has been applied and works well.

Response from developer

We're sorry to hear that you have been unable to use the app on your iPhone and iPad. The app was recently updated and is now compatible with iOS 14. Please update your app on your iPhone and iPad and let us know if you experience any issues using it.
