Not even a good drone
I have had this for the past day and I am not even getting close to setting the camera up.
Like if you deliver a drone for stores at least get it up to date. Very Very disappointed...william tymo
Nice drone, no app support.
Drone flys nice. Wouldn’t mind a bit more battery life but that’s minor. I’ve tried two different drones and the app won’t connect to either even while connected to the drone. I’m stuck in the WiFi screen. This will have to stay one star until that’s updated because otherwise your just better off with a smaller standard drone.Show lessZandrel

App Troubleshooting
When purchasing the Journey drone for my nephew I was hopeful and excited to use this tech. After opening it up and unboxing I shortly ran into problems with the app.
It is definitely a fun piece of tech but after downloading the app I was stuck at the Welcome Screen where it shows how to connect the battery and connect to the WiFi. Once connecting the WiFi to the drone, there was absolutely nothing more I can do as that screen locked.
After emailing SkyViper twice I have yet to hear back from them months later and the hotline on the instructions it’s out of service. I’m highly disappointed with the app and customer support.Show lessSwift1219

Après avoir téléchargé l'App et configuré le wifi, rien d'autre se produit..., Pas possible du tout de faire foctionner la caméra de ce drone sans l'application À JOUR!! Faites la mise à jour, sans ça inutile de garder ce drone, retour au magasin si d'ici 10 jours pas de nouvelle version est dispo pour faire fonctionner ce drone adequatement comme indiqué sur sa boite d'emballage!Show lessSaveMaMa

I don’t write bad reviews...... but I’m so dissappointed in this drone that I feel the need to warn others.
I bought this Drone for $100 at Target for my 11 year old son. The box boasts of GPS technology paired with an app that helps beginner pilots to fly right away with no experience. I was hoping that my son could fly this drone using the GPS technology and the camera to help him fly.
My device will pair with the SkyViper WiFi but then stays frozen on the WiFi connection screen and does nothing. The app is useless to me and the camera and “technology” aspect of this drone isn’t working at all.
The drone actually flies really well when I fly it manually, but it is very hard for my son to fly manually. It has normal mode and sport mode.
Normal mode is still pretty advanced for a kid due to its sensitivity with the remote control.
If I would have known the app didn’t work, I would have bought the $50 drone that just flies manually.Show lessJoe BrineVine
Can’t get passed connect to WiFi
Same as everyone else seems. Drone flys ok. Can’t use camera because app will not connect with phone. Camera was the main reason I purchased this product. Looks like I will be returning a product that doesn’t perform as advertised. I can get a no camera drone for much less money if that is what I wanted. Poor support.Show lessGooCoeboyz
