Can’t login
Downloaded and went through the whole process to open an account only to not be able to login. I keep getting error 17 message with no resolution..
no credibility!
Leverage is low but does not allow large capital deposits. Liquidation position is very close. Risks for investors. Not rated highly.
Bad customer service
1st of all the app isn’t that good nor the website.
2nd they charge $150 fee for account transfer , where as it’s free at wealth simple and others

Orientation is set to portrait for iPad
This app only works in portrait view for iPads. I use my iPad with a keyboard. Tell me how I can use this app when it only allows portrait orientation???
Unable to login
Used to work ok, zooming into the graph is a pain but overall not so bad. However, I am unable to login since the login method has been updated, got an error 17.

Hello i tested Questrade Global and MetaTrader 5 mobile and i think the problem is that you are trying too hard too be different,i think you would be much more successful with your app if you keep it simple to use. MetaTrader mobile is intuitive and simple ,you should do the same by putting your personal touch. But the Questrade global on Pc is realy nice to use its juste sad that i cant continue my trade on your mobile app , you need to make it easy and fun to use.
