Problem getting into app
Having to delete and download app again. Tried to use touch and says update sorry can not process request at this time. Try again later. When trying to log in without Touch ID says 5e username and password is wrong. I tried to use the forgot password and app says email reset code 5 times before actually sending one over two days. Hopefully I can enjoy the app again. Never a problem with the main acuonline app.Show lessTony in Atlanta

Great speedy app with all the information I need, but I have to reset Face ID way too often
Please fix this, now I have to reset Face ID after every use.
Why do you bother to have Face ID, every time you use the app it won’t engage it. I’m sure I’m not the only one that complains. Fix it already, it’s not rocket scienceShow lessFern20
Issues signing in
This is a good app, but it would be better if I could ever get into it. I’ve been able to see my card and things very few times when I’ve signed in since it always seems to tell me “sorry, we’re unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later.” whenever I try. Have had to uninstall and reinstall a few times.Show lessFenuxe

Amount limiter feature missing from newest update 3-28-19
Amount limiter feature missing from newest update 3-28-19. I’ve reported this bug to ACU and a supervisor has opened a fix ticket with their technical support department.
The very friendly and helpful ACU supervisor, Jessica, I spoke to assured me this will be fixed in a timely manner.
If you can’t use your card because you cannot remove a low limit set on your card call and ask to speak to a supervisor and they’ll fix it for you. Until a fix/update is issued, I’m using the suspended card feature for card/account security.Show lessATLDoc77
Unable to add card
Having the exact problem as other people are having and can’t add a card. It won’t let you proceed further. Deleted the app and went back to using the regular app, which works fine.Megatronga

I deleted the app. I downloaded and set it up and went well at first. Then it “forgot” my log in. I tried to reset and it wouldn’t send me the reset code. I tried to set up as new but when I tried to click the accept terms box it would only open up terms page. Nothing I did would tick that box! I’ve got the ACU app and Apple widget let’s me see accounts at a glance so no time for an app I can access.Show lesssudie's iphone
Can't add a card!
Tried to add my card to this app today. The "Add Card" button is hidden behind the keyboard. Can't get the keyboard to go away so I can click the button to add a card. So frustrating. Tried all I know but not working. What good is it to monitor my card activity when the app won't let you complete the process?Show lessRage onus

This app won’t loggin to my account anymore. An error message indicates that the app couldn’t loggin in at this time. It’s been saying that for about 3 months.Willdeblack
