  • This application works correctly

I do not know what is going on with the other commenters with titles saying this program does not work. They are wrong. I have use it just this very day. It works fine.
  • Actually worked

This actually worked. If your html is correct and working to some html email signature best practices, it will work. That said My signature code still included head tags, css, inline background images and it worked perfectly. Well done
  • How frustrating....

I emailed myself the raw HTML for my signature. Selected it all and pasted it into the app. It suggested removing some of the tags which it highlighted in yellow.

I did that and pressed the copy button, but what it pasted into the test signature in settings was just the plain HTML code. It did not render the signature at all.

I've gone back to my old way of doing things which doesn't work well with a poor internet connection but has served me for years. I had really hoped that this had the answer but I guess the other negative reviewer had it right all along, it's going to be refund request time....!

Sorry to hear that you're having issues using the app. HTML is complicated, and any mistakes or problems with the code *can* yield unexpected results. This has nothing to do with the app - it can just as easily break a web page too. Also for clarification: the tags highlighted in yellow are not there to remove; rather, to show you where potential problems are in your code. For example, missing tags, unsupported UTF8 characters, etc. It's not perfect, but it's a tool we've created to help you troubleshoot your code. Even something as simple as using a smart quote (curly “ instead of straight ") can cause issues. We're happy to at least confirm/review your HTML code for you -- please email our support team: support@element26.net. You can also try any number of sample templates (including those we have our on website) to ensure that the problems are HTML-related and not app-related. Either way, we're happy to provide support.

  • Does not work

I bought the app because my iPhone XS does not support HTML and I can not put my company logo on my e mail. I copied and pasted my logo and it does not show.

  • A simple way to install email signature on iOS

Just open an online HTML editor on your PC,then paste your email signature to get the HTML code. Then copy and paste the code to an text file on OneDrive (or any other similar cloud drive that supports mobile access). After that you can open the text file using the OneDrive app on your iPhone, just simply select all and copy the HTML code to this app then press Next. Just follow the instruction and it works!

  • This app immediately deletes my photos

I just spent $1.99 for what

    Developer Response

If you are referring to the photos contained within your signature, they are not 'deleted' by the app. It just copies and pastes the HTML to the signature pane. Please ensure you are using HTTPS-hosted images to ensure they load properly on iOS. It's also possible that they will not load in the signature pane, but will load when you go to compose a message.
