Here’s to a brilliant future . . .
Like a lot of people who used the old gym in Newport Centre l was more than a little concerned when it was time to leave.
At times the old gym really was a home-from-home, as l had made a lot of friends over the years, and l know that many of them viewed the move with a bit of apathy, and a little nervous that The Station would not be such a welcoming place.
It has been more than nice to be proved wrong.
I felt a little sad that the move would see many of the old staff not making the ‘cut’, but they are nearly all in situ, and still extremely helpful at every level, especially in helping me just recently sorting out my ‘phone when you changed the security arrangements.
For me, the cherry on the top is the brilliant parking arrangements underneath. I know many members feel the same.
I could write more, but l’ll just finish by saying you really have done a brilliant job of The Station, and l look forward to keeping up my membership into the future.

All good but there's no 'help' section. I'm very new here and want to know what NISV Teaching Pool means. There's nowhere I can find this out.
Needs an overhaul
Good for a Council based app but the whole web and app experience is generally very poor. This needs to be overhauled
Awful user unfriend
Awful website. User unfriendly. Have had to ring and ask for help to book a class several times. Needs to be broken down into separate apps.

Love Newport live but NOT the app
Half the time my pin won’t let me in, and I can NEVER find the things I want to book. It is so convoluted and unclear. Such a pain.
Hate this app
I can never get to anything I want on this app. It just sends you round and round in circles. EVERYTHING is difficult to find. It’s quicker and easier to go into the International Sports Centre and speak to a real human being, and we are a 10 to 15 minute drive away! If I could give it 0 I would.
Good app does the job it’s meant to do.
Nice app, responsive can book classes easily and see what’s on in the pool and different gyms etc.
Unable to book classes
This app used to be brilliant but for the last few days you can’t book classes which is it’s primary purpose for me. I hope it is fixed soon
