    Get an error message when playing some videos and the app is laggy.

  • Needs Translation …

    I love this app it’s amazing and I love that we get to access more classes on the app version but, we need more languages for the app translation.

  • Customer service is wack

    I love the classes here but the customer service is wack. I contacted them to ask how much I will get charge starting next month and they didn’t reply. Turns out I got charged for $169. I asked for refund and texted them multiple times still they didn’t respond. Feels like I got scammed because I can’t even contact them via email which I tried!! Just be careful

  • Videos not working/ 영상이 안 보여요

    Subscribed for a yearly plan but most of the videos show error and it is not working. Tried to reach customer service but nothing has been fixed either. 연간구독했는데 영상 오류가 너무 자주 일어나요. 문제가 있어서 연락 드리면 답변은 빨라서 감사하지만 고쳐지는게 없어서 답답합니다

    I love this app that allows me to continue learning wherever I am. Class101 has been one of my growth resources where I’ve been able to learn something I wanted everyday, such as digital drawing, fitness, music, language, baking… you name it. I’m fully enjoying the consistent UX that I’m used to in its web. Thank you for your service, Class101!!

    I can’t play any of my videos in the app. I can go to the video tab and I can also read the comments but I can’t actually watch the video

  • Can’t play videos on ipad

    Suddenly it doesn't work! So annoying
  • Can’t play videos

    The videos don’t work. It’s all in Korean, so you have to play around a lot to even get to the actual class page.
  • Missing translations

    I hope the app implements more languages to be more user-friendly to international consumers. i don’t understand korean :(
