Too worst technical communication for creating a account terrible hard many times try to open the account each and every time make more complication so long time I wait almost I spent almost 45 minutes. Hi , I am getting 403 forbidden errror when trying to access digi locker account . All the kyc are currently blocked due to this issue . Kindly check on this and do the needful .MonkeyDLuffy_007
Limited utility
This app could easily be an all-star. I was so excited to see how seamlessly the app downloaded the Aadhaar card and the PAN card when I initially installed the app. Later I was disappointed when it failed to download my Telangana Motor Vehicle License even after multiple trials. Even more frustrating is the fact that it stops working as soon as you leave the Indian Borders (it gives a strange error message: 403 Forbidden). Although I understand that safety constructs have to be there with apps that deal with such sensitive data, this app goes a little overboard with that idea. For people who frequently travel out or live in another country, the app appears to be of limited use. Hope the developers will consider a work around for it to serve a wider user base. I will be happy to revise my review once the kinks are fixed. For now, I will give it an average score.Show lesskdummula

Previously i was able to access digilocker in gulf countries..now when i try to open get an error message 403 forbidden.

Modi and his MPs like to brag about Digital India. Make the apps work constantly first. Not just when you’ve to brag it for international events but make it working 24 * 7 for convenience to the Citizens of India and NRIs. Look at the apps developed by western countries that has instant support options and look at Modi’s so called Digital India app whose “Help” section also says “Forbidden Access”.Show lessReview?? When we have user and password and we are traveling internationally it doesn’t open ? How can we verify when bank needs documents for tax purpose .Developer pls make this app accessible when we are not in India .Any updates it gives us 403 errorGallu0007
