This app is designed to be adaptable to you. If some part of your recovery plan is troublesome, use the chat feature to discuss changes to your plan at anytime! Education is one of the three core components of heart recovery. teleHeart helps you by providing short, easy to understand lessons paired with simple quizzes that allow you to understand and manage your condition. Track your exercise progress using a heart rate monitor to view your achievements and track your fitness improvement.
