I dread opening this app
I manage my company’s social profiles through NapoleonCat and wow… it’s borderline useless.
Deleting/archiving a comment can sometimes take as much as 15-20 seconds. This adds up when you have hundreds of comments per day.
There’s no way to block someone from Instagram on either this app or the desktop version, which makes dealing with trolls and spammers a nightmare.
The app itself is constantly buggy, and will often crash or freeze up. You can’t refresh comments, instead having to click elsewhere then click back onto the main comments section to refresh. This again can take a good 20 seconds.
At least 1/3 of my work day is wasted screwing around with this horrible app. Unfortunately my company got suckered into a year long subscription, so don’t make the same mistake. Avoid this app at all costs!
