Hi Tristan, thanks for your message. If you are finding that landlords aren't returning your inquiries, we'd suggest making sure your profile is 100% complete with a photo. In tight markets right now, landlords are receiving dozens of applications and hundreds of inquiries for units. Hi there! In order to chat with landlords on our platform, you only need to verify your profile with a government issued ID, which we match to your profile name to. This is to enforce the safety and security of our trusted rental community. All pictures of IDs are securely erased from our system after verification. We only require additional information from you when you are ready to submit a full Tenancy Application to a listing.
