Difficult to use

This news app reloads the home page every time you have finished reading an article. So you jump back to the top of the home page and lose the place in the home page you had read headlines up to. Poor usability.

You canโ€™t share articles as the app crashes when you hit the share button.

Subscription fails

I subscribed on my iPhone, but when I try and open it on my iPad it wants another subscription, even though in settings it shows I have a subscription. Very disappointing as not a premium product at all.

Too opinionated and poor user experience

There are too many articles that arenโ€™t meant to be opinion pieces yet end up resembling one far too much. Unless it is an opinion piece, I just want the news and the facts. Let the reader decide how to think, like how journalism is supposed to be. The only reason I still have this app is because it provides english content about Indonesia.

Other than that, the design and overall experience can be greatly improved and if you need help then please reach out.

Crash

The application keeps on crashing on Iphone X after reading the news for a while.
Really love the news written in here. So, please do fix the issue.

Breaking news notification does not work

Breaking news notification is not effective. When you click it and got directed to the app, it just doesnt load.
