Only download if expecting to pay
Feels like dishonesty to list as “Get” app. This is not an in app purchase, it is payment to even get access to the app. Didn’t want a free app, just to look at the platform prior to purchase.
I may ask Apple if this is how it should be listed in the App Store. I feel a little conned.
I’ll now delete the purchase portal they had me download and move on to another option.

You’re totally right—at the moment, the app requires choosing between photo capture and video capture modes, and switching between them during an event isn’t as smooth as it could be. We know how convenient it would be to have everything available on the start screen for guests, and it’s definitely something we’re considering for the future! Since your payment was made via in-app purchase, refunds must be requested through Apple, as third-party developers like Simple Booth aren’t able to process them directly.
