Having a hard time reaching support
Overall, hotspot VPN has potential, but there are some frustrating issues. I’ve been trying to reach out to support for help, but haven’t received any response. When I tried to reset my password, no email was sent, leaving me with no way to make changes or regain access. I hope the developers address these problems because the app could be really useful with a bit more support and functionality.

I really like this vpn and in school you can watch tiktok and more also you just push the x butten on top right to skip the 3 day thing no money needed just skip until you get the butten and push skip then ready to go.

Nobody cares you
I have an account, by which five devices can use . But , actually only two devices are connected while it shows 5 are shown to be in use . I try to get support to check where are the balance 3 , but never have any response. It seems the support team are working in Mars .
Absolutely worst VPN and customer service
You pay for premium and you choose randomly choose your own and throw you out of the US. You can’t use protect data and fastest connection at the same time. Otherwise it throw you out of the US VPNs the most terrible. I can’t wait till the first comes in ditch this VPN customer service is so rude. They tell you well if it continues to happen just try to get in touch with us through the app. The worst all they care about is taking your money and putting spam on your ___ device😡
