Suddenly too many bugs in placing my address, cant click any field and it keeps bugging!! Unusable and uncheckout-able
Some foods are poor quality
We ordered a packet of Leduc onion rings, which are the worst onion rings that we have tasted in my life, they have no flavour at all and taste as if there are no onions in them at all, they should be be called just rings, not onion rings as onions have no part in them. They are nothing in comparison to the Lamb Weston onion rings which do have the taste of onions and can be called onion rings.

Huge mess
I’ve had this app for years and have been accumulating reward points. When they introduced the new version of the app (totally different interface) all of my points magically disappeared. The app is constantly crashing.

Used to be so simple and clean. Now app is cluttered, slow, doesn’t work, and needs an update every time I open it. Horrible.

The new version is slow, buggy and makes it much harder to find things.
New App Doesn’t Work Well
The new app update doesn’t work well. It is too slow - we do not need to see a video every time we open it! The menu options for products are now less specific and less useful. Lots of items are out of stock, and we can’t order. The old app worked much better!
Bad Update
Can’t order now. Very glitchy update.
Unusable
I’m astonished that both Gourmet and the developer have abandoned this app after the hapless update over a year ago. Certainly it can’t be that hard or expensive to fix?
