I do night audits in Oregon for Icon, and we just tried this last week for the first time. The idea is there, but the app still needs a little refinement/focus if it’s going to be used for Night Audits.
One site had a night audit survey as an option, but did not have a visible list of Asset Inventory to check. While the other site had a Asset checklist, but was not accurate in the photos provided and descriptions of the assets.
If this is going to be used for night audits, I think every site just needs to have a clear vision of what is to be checked, as well as just a basic list of the inventory (with or without photos) to make the check list easier to navigate. Also, having clear pictures of the assets listed would help, as some of the asset photos were not clear as to what I was looking for in just the photos.
I can see how it makes cleaning/verification easier, and I LOVE the fact that a paper form is no longer needed! And I’m looking forward to using this in the future for a full set of Verification Audits.
